What this is
Most local work is won in the few seconds after someone searches. The job is to make sure you are one of the businesses they see, that what they see is accurate, and that getting hold of you is obvious. That now includes the answer an AI assistant gives when it is asked who does your trade locally, which comes from whatever it can read and trust about you. I will not promise you a position — nobody honest can — but I will tell you what I am doing and show you what moves.

Common questions
Can you guarantee I will be number one on Google?
No, and I would be wary of anyone who does. Google does not sell positions and nobody controls the ranking. What I can do is make sure nothing on your side is holding you back, and keep working at it.
Do I have to have the tracking platform?
No. It goes on by default because it makes the work better and it costs you nothing, but if you would rather I did not, say so and I will not set it up. Nothing else about the job changes.
Can I see the numbers myself?
Not directly — the platform is the tool I work in, not a client login, and I would rather say that than sell you a dashboard you would open twice. What you get is the figures out of it in writing, in plain English, with what they mean and what I am doing next. Ask for them at any point and I will send them.
What does AI visibility actually mean?
People increasingly ask an assistant instead of typing into a search box, and it answers from whatever it can read about you. The work is the same shape as search: make the facts about your business plain, structured and consistent everywhere, so what gets said about you is right. I cannot promise you a mention there either — no one can — but I can stop you being invisible or misquoted.
How long before I see anything?
Google Business Profile changes can show within days. Organic search movement is slower — think months, not weeks. I will be straight with you about that before you spend anything.
